Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American Actress. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). Then, she joined the Bratpack group and appeared as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She began her career in film at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of applause. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured prominent actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Following her first film was released in 1985, she starred in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest films made by high school students ever made. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed the mark of $50 million. Between then she started appearing on various TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent program. The other shows she appeared in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which she is a character. Her incredible performances have earned numerous accolades like an MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
